Vodka, rum or tequila based, to wine spritzers and espresso martinis, cocktails are always a hit at parties. Fill your pocket disposable Fred Flask with your choice of spirit, wine or liquor and have it on hand to carry to your next event where cocktails are to be made!
Double Black Comet
         
A sweet sugary high to kick start your Saturday night with.
What You'll Need:
30 ml Smirnoff Double Black
60 ml pineapple juice
10 ml blackcurrant or blackberry syrup/cordial
1 lemon wedge
A splash of soda water
 
Create Your Cocktail
Combine all ingredients into a shaker except for the soda water and squeeze in the lemon wedge.
Fill with ice and give it a good shake for around five seconds.
Strain the mix into an ice filled glass.
Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a fresh wedge of lemon or rim your glass with a coating of sugar.
                                                                                         
Mojito
Cool and refreshing. This the perfect drink for a warm summer's day.
What You'll Need:
10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime cut into 4 wedges
1 cup ice cubes
2 tbsp caster sugar
45ml white rum
125ml soda water
Create Your Cocktail
Crush mint leaves and lime together in a glass using a muddler ( a bartender's tool that is used like a pestle) so that the mint oils are released into the lime juice.
Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar and muddle them all again to release the lime juice. Don't strain the mixture.
Fill the glass to the top with ice. Pour rum over the ice and add soda water.
Garnish the drink with remaining fresh lime wedges.
 
                                               
Mango Margarita
                                                                      
A deliciously fruity cocktail for any occasion.
What You'll Need:
30m of Sierra Tequila Silver Tequila
120ml of Tropix Mango Cocktail Mixer
15ml of Cointreau Orange Liqueur
1 slice of lime
Lime juice
 
Create Your Cocktail:
Wet the rim of a martini glass with a slice of lime and then dip in salt
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and Tropix Cocktail Mango Mixer into the shaker.
Shake strongly and pour into the glass
Garnish with a slice of lime
                                          
Jim Beam Whiskey Sour
                      
A popular classic cocktail and a great way to enjoy whiskey if it's your favourite liquor of choice.
 
What You'll Need:
15ml Jim Beam Bourbon
10ml lemon juice
½ Tsp of sugar
 
Create Your Cocktail:
Combine sugar and lemon juice.
Add Jim Beam Bourbon.
Garnish with a lemon or orange wedge and a cherry on top
 
Sangria
Fruity, fun and full of festivity, who can pass up a glass of Sangria?
What You'll Need:
2 lemons
2 oranges
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup of fresh mint leaves
3/4 cup brandy
2 bottles dry red wine
1 1/2 cups orange juice
Ice
 
Create Your Cocktail:
 
Refrigerate all the liquids overnight.
Slice the lemon and orange into thin rounds and place in a large punch bowl.
Add the cranberries, mint and the ice.
Pour in the chilled brandy, , lemonade, red wine and orange juice.
Stir and serve.
                                        
The Ultimate Martini
                       
The Gin Martini is simple yet tricky to get right. The secret to make the perfect cocktail lies in the careful calculation of Gin to Vermouth.
 
What You'll Need:
75ml Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
Bitters or Orange Bitters
Lemon twist to garnish
 
Create Your Cocktail
Pour ingredients into mixing glassed filled with ice cubes.
Stir according to how strong you would like the drink. The longer you stir the weaker the drink.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Add a little splash of bitters.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
 
Americano  
                                   
The Americano is a classic Italian cocktail that has a bitter finish.
What You'll Need:
30ml Campari
30ml Sweet Vermouth
Soda water
Lemon twist or orange slice to garnish
 
Create Your Cocktail
Pour the Campari and Vermouth into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with orange slice or lemon twist.
 
Baileys Chocolatini
                                
Milky and decadent. A sweet cocktail treat for after dinner.
 
What You'll Need:
50ml Baileys Irish Cream
5ml of Chocolate Liqueur
10ml of Smirnoff Vodka
Ice
 
Create Your Cocktail
Drop some ice cubes into a shaker.
Pour Baileys, vodka and chocolate liqueur over the ice. Shake it all together.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
 
Espresso Martini  
 
Coffee and Alcohol = a match made in cocktail heaven!
 
What You'll Need:
 
60l Mr Black Cold Drip Coffee Liqueur
30ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Vodka (or Rum, Tequila or Gin)
Create Your Cocktail:
Fill a shaker with ice. Add coffee liqueur, syrup and alcohol and shake.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with some roasted coffee beans.
Pina Colada

60ml Bacardi Superior Rum
30ml Coconut Cream or Coconut Water
30ml Pineapple Juice
3 to 4 Cubes of fresh Pineapple
3tsp Caster Sugar

Place Bacardi Superior and all other ingredients into a shaker.
Add ice and shake briefly and strongly.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with pineapple slice and leaf.
